Hi, I bought a product on ebay that comes from China, the tracking code is RB628624435CN.
The last update is "Waiting for Customs Scan" still on China almost* one month ago, is this normal?

It seems that your parcel stuck in Customs. This is strange. Normally it should have left Customs and sent to airline now. I suggest you to file a non-receipt dispute with ebay or paypal asap in order to protect your money in case of lost.
