fake website http://www.freebuyzone.com/ this is a fake online shopping website i have orderd a mobile and i paid the full money and they send me the head phone RB775486174CN

please help me i had parcel with tracking no RB775486174CN from 16 nov 2013 it has no update it has not reached yet and my seller is also not responding anything please any one help me
