I fear this may be a lost parcel, but as a last resort...are you able to get me any more tracking information on this item: LX221270919CN?

1. I have check on the China Post EMS site and the tracking is the same as here:
Number: LX221270919CN
Package Status: In Transit

Destination Country: Australia

2016-11-25 10:40 CN-528099, CHINA, Received by overseas carrier

Origin Country: China
2016-11-26 12:47 Guangzhou Customs clearance

2016-11-26 10:10 Guangzhou, left Guangzhou to Sydney (transfer)

2. Either the parcel is lost or misplace, you are close to 50 days now. Maybe time to think about opening a dispute.
