Hi i dispute nextgen shop that i orderd
pakege order (#NX2214) with
Tracking no SY14043355725 with exesspres shipping
It say that its arrived to ksa from 16-9-2020
But i not deliverd any packege from theme untell naw

And i text theme on there emails with no answer

From 2 month and not recived untell naw

I believe your seller does not want to help you. you need open dispute to paypal for lost parcel refund.
