hi my parcel not received yet i don't know why and normal shipping time for sri lanka around 10-12 days but this time almost 25 days still no new update please help me

1. Parcel to Sri Lanka can take between 7 to 24 days in normal condition. But this time of year is the busiest time for all mail Post Office in the World, so mail is definitely slow.
