Hi,

my china post parcels with tracking numbers RI816968377CN are stuck in the following status for 4 days.

KOLKATA FOREIGN LCAO Send item to customs (Inb) Air CED MUMBAI

Can anyone provide any help?

Hi. My parcel which I ordered from China to Mumbai has been arrived at Kolkata. It is being transferred from Kolkata to Mumbai since 4 days. It doesn't generally take that much of time for air transfer. Please advice what's the issue, whom to contact and what's the next process till the item gets delivered. Tracking number is RU780053508CN . Thanks.
