I ordered items from Chinese supplier and he sent items through turkey post to Kuwait.Its been one and half months still no updates about package.So can i get refund from supplier.My tracking number is 1081101196160.

1. This is the only tracking I could find for your parcel:

2. Those type of parcel can take from 30 to 60 days to be deliver.

3. Before opening a dispute maybe you could contact seller about not receiving your parcel. You could also wait another week. Depending on his answer, you could open a dispute to get your money back.
