Hi, my tracking number is RJ577399676CN but when I insert it into the track, it comes out with "No Shipping Record found" Please help.

1. Your tracking number is a valid tracking number. Sometimes it can take up to 10 days for a parcel to get register into the China Post system.

2. If you have that tracking number for more then 10 days, then you should contact seller and ask him if he did physically mail the parcel.
