Hi, I send the express CP333878797CN from shanghai to turkey since 1 month and now they said "FAILED ATTEMPT" , could any one help please, thanks a lotta

1. The last tracking of the parcel is this:

GAZİANTEP, GAZİANTEP P. I. M/GAZİANTEP P. I. M, Center, Gets Stopped At Customs On Hold

2. On India Post site, this is the last tracking:
7- 23/11/2016 14:40:20 Notification was sent to the Receiver, it is kept in the Customs GAZİANTEP P.İ.M/GAZİANTEP P.İ.M MERKEZ GAZİANTEP
