Hello, I would like to understand what the following means:

Dispute Reason:
Purchase Protection is running out, but package is still in transit
Status:
Dispute Finished
Refund Only US $ 9.01
Reminder:
Appeal If you are not satisfied with the result of your case or the way we have handled it, you may appeal within 7 days.
Dispute Survey
AliExpress' Judgment
Purchase Protection is running out, but package is still in transit Valid

I don't understand what "Dispute Finished" means. Am I going to get the refund or not?

1. For them because I suppose you escalated the dispute to Ali Express dispute center the Dispute is Finished meaning that they will provide the US $9.01 payment back.

2. But they did put a note in the file that Purchase Protection is running out, but package is still in transit Valid.

3. This is to probably telling in the file of the Buyer and Seller that the tracking is still valid but the protection is running out.

4. Other way of saying, hey we are not penalizing anybody because the parcel was not receive so the fault is not the Seller or the Buyer.

5. Does that make sense to you. If you would have provided the tracking number I possibly would have understand more.
