hello ....

this item stuck in Israel Post since 21/12/2016 ... they ask me to clarify the item ... i had supply them with the required information ... then i get this note 'For further clarification, the sender must contact the Postal Administration in the country of origin' ... but the seller stop respond to me ... what shall i do !!

Who did u supply the info? The seller or your post office??
Go to your local post office in Israel or call Israel Post and give them the tracking number.
Ask them what is required and do it. This is just a matter of customs clearance and/or payment of duties.
Have some common sense please! It is useless to harrass people here or your seller for something which you must do in your country, in person.

and tell me what to do because i am from Plaestine and the parcel stuck in Israel side not in my side .
i contact my local post office they have nothing to do.

you have rights to send notes or complaint to Israel Post ... they ask me to send many information at last step they ask me to let the seller contact Postal administration in china !!
but you and the seller ignoring the request ...
