ZS04728894201 arrived in USA on Mar 19. It is on the way to destination. Please wait a couple of days, it will be delivered soon.

It says my package is out for delivery in Saint Louis, Missouri. My shipping address where it is supposed to be delivered is in Austin, Texas. What is going on? Is there a chance that it says out for delivery but is still being shipped to Texas?

You must be scammed. This is a typical online shopping scam. The seller shipped some junk to a wrong address. He/she just needs a "delivery" tracking result to claim payment from credit card bank. Please contact your marketplace or bank to report fraud.
