Hi Team,

I have ordered the cookware product but I received the key ring of Louis Vuitton today (22nd october). I have received the below message from helpdesk@customerserviceglobal as well as [email protected] after the payment made.

Dear customer,

Congratulations on your successful purchase of our Ultra-low-cost Limited Promotional Products!

Product: products NWO0001,1,4130.19.

Total Amount: INR4130.19.

Seller website: http://www.fnndn.top/greenlife-soft-grip-16pc-ceramic-nonstick-cookware-set-p-14.html?f0a

Whenever I email to them to the same website or above mentioned email id they are not reply.

Please confirm on the cookware product which I have ordered on 26th September 2019. Kindly someone help on this.

Obviously your seller shipped you wrong item, you are be scammed.

you need open dispute to paypal for item not as described and claim refund.

Thanks for your reply. But they are not responding in the emails. They didn't mentioned any other support to contact them. How do I claim the amount. Will you support me for open the dispute. Or else send the link where I can report this.

In order to open dispute, you must have paid with buyer protection payment system such as paypal,aliexpress,amazon etc. If you did not pay with such method, you can not get money back. Many cheaters take advantage of newbee buyer. Read following:
