What happens when the package has the right address and the wrong postal code?
Can the package still be delivered?
Can I still change the postal code?

it really depends on your local post office. If you are in China, post code is not important. Wrong zipcode but address correct can still make correct delivery. If you are in USA, wrong zipcode might cause delivery failure.

You can not change post code if your parcel is on the way.
