Can someone please get back to me on this lingering issue? My parcel arrived on August 7 and is being held in Ghanzou. I DON'T KNOW WHY IT IS NOT BEING DELIVERED TO THE SELLER?? I NEED MY REFUND SO PLEASE, PLEASE DELIVER THIS PACKAGE IMMEDIATELY!

Usually if the package arrived China for a week and still under customs processing, you need contact receiver to call China Post hot line 11185 immediately to pay duty and pick up the package.
