Post Why is my order stuck on Desptch from sorting center?

So I ordered a package and they usually came within 10 days. My package says it’s in despatch from sorting center for days. Plz help!

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LT415286668CN shows the parcel was shipped From China Post Guangzhou office to US on Mar 15.

It is now some middle location between China Post system and USPS system(possibly airline warehouse in Guangzhou ,China or customs warehouse in JFK,US). You can not know exact situation when parcel is in such middle locations.

Such no-information stage might last 7 to 20 days(rush season can take 30 to 40 days) until USPS gets the parcel from customs. Then USPS website will show its new status with US location.

If your buyer protection is expiring, open dispute for refund. Otherwise keep waiting.

But the website tracking says it will be here by March 23-25?
All my packages from China had been here in 12 days.

the website gives you misleading information. the parcel was shipped on Mar 15, you can not get it by Mar 23 to 25.
