Post why didnt I receive my other package?

I sent CP286763878CN and CP286763855CN
... at the same time when I was in china ... I received the second one but not the first one ! Why?? The tracking online website doesn't even update. .. when will I receive it? I sent them together so why didn't I receive them together? Who can I contact

CP286763878CN arrived Richmond,BC,Canada on Sept 30. It seems to have some delivery problem. You should contact Canada Post asap, otherwise it will be returned to china.

CP286763855CN was delivered to Ali Taleb in Ottawa on Oct 6.
