My package has not updated since April 19, Where is it? My tracking # is LO999495304CN. Thanks!

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows LO999495304CN was shipped on April 13 from China. It was sent to Shanghai airport on April 19. It is still in Shanghai airport waiting for flight to Canada.

Coronavirus has cancelled more than 90% airline space to Canada. China Post has serious shipping space shortage and bad delay.

Once parcel arrives Canada, CanadaPost website will show arrival info.

If your buyer protection is not expiring, I suggest you keep waiting. Otherwise open dispute for refund.
