Hi,

My package has not had any updates on the tracking site for over 2 months, and now the tracking number is showing "Expired." Where's my package????????

RS375807726CN should be delayed in Guangzhou. Every year parcels shipped in Dec will be lying in customs warehouse for 30 to 90 days waiting processing. So your parcel is still in normal time frame.

I can not guarantee the parcel is not lost. Actually parcel lost rate in Dec and Jan is high compared with regular season. But even lost rate is high, it is only 2% something, you still have big chance to get your parcel. But I don't know what is the arrival time. Parcels shipped in Dec and Jan is very difficult to predict the arrival time.
