Hello,
My tracking number is: RV151342744CN
I chose the slow option, so 2 to 3-month delivery.
However, I gave the package to China Post in Beijing on September 5, and it seems like it hasn't moved much since, so I am beginning to worry. Link of china post shows is now going back to China starting in Buenos Aires november 7, even it says on route ???? what means that ?? Can you please tell me where is my package, and if it is on its way? and if i will receive it some day?

RV151342744CN arrived Argentina on Sep 16. But Argentina Post failed delivery and then returned the parcel to China on Nov 7. You can not get it anymore.

Then I ask: will it be returned at the issuer of China, and then will the money paid back? or do I lose it forever?

Normally the parcel will be returned to the sender's address in China. This might take a couple of months.
