Hello, I'm from India and I want to know where is my package.

I placed an order at the start of 19 June 2019 yet no delivery and it is two month later. I have a tracking number RV941626624CN but the status on China Post has remained at activity to Received by Post Office since 19th June and has not changed.

I contacted the seller twice and they just keep replying to be patient.

The Item was sold through Delivery Box

Is there any way of finding out where the package is?

RV941626624CN can not pass airport customs scan. It was returned to original city Zhengzhou.

I believe you need open dispute to seller for non-arrival order refund.
