Dear sir

My order has a number: RV377257068CN.

When I tracked it, it showed that on 4/4/2020: it was transport. Beijing. Leave (Beijing International Mail Exchange Station), next stop (Beijing International Mail Exchange Station) (via transfer). So it is more than 50 days in transfer.

When I checked your website. it was written that my order to Jordan will take maximum 33 days to arrive.

I want to know why I did not receive my order , and when can I receive it?

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows RV377257068CN were shipped on March 29. It is still in Beijing airport waiting for flight to Jordan.

this kind of tracking number starting with R is economical class mail . This is a slow service which has low priority to compete space with EMS and ePacket.

Coronavirus has cancelled 99% international airlines from china . China Post has not enough airline shipping space.

As your parcel has lowest priority to compete limited shipping space with EMS,ePacket parcels. You have long time to wait.

If your buyer protection is expiring ,you need open dispute to paypal/aliexpress for refund. Otherwise keep waiting.

How can i make my parcel have higher priority to compete limited shipping space with EMS,ePacket parcels?

EMS, ePacket tracking number are starting with E or L. Your seller selected a very cheap shipping class(I guess he wants to save shipping cost).

Unfortunately you can not upgrade the shipping service after the parcel is shipped.

They did not tell me about the classes of shipping. If you want , i can pay money for your company to accelerate sending my parcel as it is a gift and I want it to reach on time please.

Dear sir
I have an order with number: RV377257068CN. On 2020-06-05 06:34:22 it was Handed over to Airlines but on 2020-06-07 01:08:18 it was returned. After that; 2020-06-07 21:50:55 it was Handed over to Airlines.

My question is, why my parcel was returned? and Is it possible to be returned again? and when can I expect to received it specially it was verrrryyyy late ( around 3 months).

returned sometimes is caused by machine mistake. If this is the case, china post will send the parcel to airport again later.

China Post sent RV377257068CN to airline again on Jun 7. You need wait one or two more weeks to see what will happen.
