LT252858378CN It shows that it’s been shipped out but I haven’t gotten any updates from there. And the company is not responding to my emails since it’s a holiday over there.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LT252858378CN shows the parcel was shipped From China Post shenzhen office to US on Jan 23.

It is now some middle location between China Post system and USPS system(possibly airline warehouse in shenzhen ,China or customs warehouse in US). You can not know exact situation when parcel is in such middle locations.

Such no-information stage might last 7 to 20 days(rush season can take 30 to 40 days) until USPS gets the parcel from customs. Then USPS website will show its new status with US location.

Everything looks normal. Please wait some more days.

I keep checking my package through this link and it says the package was returned to sender. Should I be receiving a refund by now ?

you need open dispute to paypal/aliexpress for refund.
