My package has not had an update for almost a month? What's really going on with it? LY119564324CN

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows LY119564324CN was shipped on April 11 from Hangzhou. It is still in Hangzhou airport waiting for flight to USA.

Coronavirus has cancelled more than 90% airline space to USA. China Post has serious shipping space shortage and bad delay.

Once parcel arrives USA, US Post Service website will show arrival info.

If your buyer protection is not expiring, I suggest you keep waiting. Otherwise open dispute for refund.
