Can you tell me what is going on with my package? It has been so unbelievably long at this point I just want to cancel it and get a refund. How is that possible? No one is responding to emails.

AS653815587CN arrived USA on April 29. Normally this parcel will be delivered in 10 to 20 days after arriving USA. Your parcel might be lost in US.

I suggest you wait one more weeks. If you can not get this item by next weekend, please open dispute for refund.

It is june 10 and I still have not gotten it. The person never replies to my email about refunds. Please help me get my refund this is awful service.

The tracking number shows that it is still "departured" and it seems as if china post lost the parcel. Can you please help me with the refund

You need open dispute to paypal/aliexpress to get refund. Tell them you have not got the item you purchased.
