The status of this parcel LM217459649CN shows delivered, but delivered in China. Was it returned? What could be the reason? It is only a simple product, circuit board + metal case, no battery or other hazardous material.

1. Yes your parcel was return to the seller. Maybe security or Customs reasons.

2. You might want to contact seller and ask him the reason why the parcel did not make it out of China.
