it says that it was sent out to import customs in china that's where its coming from to usa don't understand. need a update thanks

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LY315273410CN shows the parcel was "Released from import customs". This is bad news which means your parcel was returned by China customs. It also shows that the parcel was returned to original post office in Xiangyang. You will not get this parcel in future.

You need open dispute to seller for refund.
