Hello and happy new year. In reference to tracking UT794467717CN, it appears the package has arrived in San Francisco from the last update on 12/28. It’s my understanding that it then gets turned over to USPS. is that correct? Is there a new tracking number assigned? What’s the standard delivery time for a package this size to get from San Francisco to New York? Appreciate all the information. Thanks.

this kind of parcel starting with U is china post ordinary parcel.

After arriving USA, UT794467717CN becomes a parcel of USPS 1st class non-trackable parcel . you can not know location detail of this parcel in USA.

USPS and US customs give very low priority to handle such China Post ordinary parcel. you need wait 10 to 20 days to get it in New York.

Hello. Regarding this package with tracking UT794467717CN, can you tell me where this package was supposed to be delivered? Is it Nanuet, NY?

UT794467717CN was sent to airline to USA on Jan 1st. Normally this means the parcel will be delivered by Jan 15. If not, your parcel might be lost.

You need open dispute to seller for refund.
