Could you help track my item that I ordered since April, tracking ID is # LO983517523CN.
I would like to know if it would still be delivered and when?

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LO983517523CN shows the parcel was received by China Post on Apr.8, and departure from Regional Sorting Center in Guangzhou on May.19.

It has been 100 days since China Post received the package and there is high probability the package might have been lost. I'd suggest you watch for your buyer protection period and ask for an extension if you still want to wait, or open dispute for a refund

Hi, buyer protection and its extension only applies on some major Chinese shopping sites such as Aliexpress or Banggood, if you did not buy from these sites then your next step would be to file a refund at your bank or creditcard company
