http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows LY089454416CN was shipped from China to USA on Apr 4. It is still in China

Coronavirus has cancelled more than 90% airline space to USA. China Post has serious shipping space shortage. Not sure when it can catch flight from China. Please wait one or two more weeks to see what will happen.

After parcel arrives USA, usps.com will show arrival info.

If your buyer protection is expiring, you might need to open dispute to claim your money back first. After you get the parcel in future, then pay back to seller.

Hi,
Buyer protection expires tomorrow and the package has not updated since April 4th. Should I open dispute today? Or should I wait until tomorrow because the AliExpress website says "If your order does not arrive on 2020-04-28 , you can apply for a refund by opening a dispute"?

Hi,
tracking keeps updating but the translation feature stopped working on the tracking website so I tried google translate from Chinese -> English, it says "returned" for some strange reason, please give me more information?

LY089454416CN was returned by China Post Beijing station. Not sure return reason. I suggest you open dispute for refund.
