Post tracking still unavailable after 10 days

It's been about 10 days since the seller sent my package and there is still not even 1 update. My tracking number is LT714927712CN. Can somebody please help me?

1. It has to be 10 days and more since you have the tracking number. If you can not track your parcel, then you need to contact seller and ask him what is going on with your parcel.

Item is not found at this moment, If necessary, please verify with the package sender and check back later.

The seller says that they sent the package. On this website it says packed for picking up, what does that mean?

1. It means the package is ready to be pick up.

2. Just wait a few more days, if you don't see any tracking by Monday, then fool around with this seller and open a dispute.
