Dear ChinaPost volunteer, it would seem I have 1 package stuck in Guangzhou while another is stuck in Shanghai. I'm using Google translate, so I hope I'm not misunderstanding any information. Hope you can check and tell me what could possibly be delaying their departures?

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows your parcels were shipped on Mar 17 and Mar 25. They are still in China.

In past 40 days, china cancelled more than 80% airlines to MALAYSIA. Many parcels shipped in Feb are still in China airport. The situation becomes worse from today because China just stopped all international airlines to prevent cross-border travel. China Post highly depends on such passenger airlines to carry parcels.

Right now you need some patient. Once parcel catches flight to MALAYSIA, you will see local tracking result in MALAYSIA post website.
