Hi was wondering if anyone can help me out , I've been given a tracking number by a vendor who says the parcel has been shipped and to be patient because of the cobid 19 situation, I understand that this may cause delays but it's been 4 weeks now ,
The tracking number is
LZ067400288CN

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows LZ067400288CN was shipped by your seller from China to UK on May 9. It was sent to Hangzhou airport on May 10 and is still in Hangzhou airport waiting for flight space.

Coronavirus has cancelled more than 90% airline space to UK. China Post has serious shipping space shortage. So there will be some delay.

After parcel arrives UK, Royal Mail WEBSITE will show arrival info.

If your buyer protection is expiring, you might need to open dispute to claim your money back first. After you get the parcel in future, then pay back to seller
