Do you have any updates on LS283216325CN?

The last update I see at http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LS283216325CN is "Departure export customs" from SHANGHAI EMS on April 14.

LS283216325CN was sent to Shanghai airport on April 22.

It is still in Shanghai airport waiting for flight to USA.

Coronavirus has cancelled more than 90% airline space to USA. China Post has serious shipping space shortage and bad delay.

Once parcel arrives USA, usps.com will show arrival info.

If your buyer protection is not expiring, I suggest you keep waiting. Otherwise open dispute for refund.
