Well I'm receiving a package with the tracking number RR218697018CN , I have been tracking my package but it has not been updating and I will like to know why is that .

RR218697018CN can not pass security check and was returned to Qingdao. You have to open dispute and claim refund. http://track-chinapost.com/?p=435
