Post stuck export customs scan 21 days

Following is the listing for my package. All seemed well at first, but now there has been no update since December 14, 2014. My package has been at thr export customs scan since then. The original order and payment was made on december 3rd,2014. Running out of time. If i need to do a request for refund with ebay/paypal, i will need to do so soon. Please, can someone let me know if this package will arrive sometime or if there is a problem. Thank you for your quick attention to this matter.

now is rush season, moving is slow. you need to wait at least 2 to 4 more weeks.

I was very concerned as contact to the seller has gone unanswered a couple of times. I have also read some posts about scams when ordering electronics. If this package seems legitimate, I have no trouble waiting, I am just afraid I got wrapped up in some type of a scam. Thank you for your answer. Letitia Hoch
