Is there a status update for my product. It's been stuck on "On route" for about 2 months now. Tracking number is CP397750215CN

usps.com shows CP397750215CN just arrived at our USPS facility in SAN FRANCISCO CA NETWORK DISTRIBUTION CENTER on December 9, 2019 at 2:09 pm. The item is currently in transit to the destination.

This means your will get it delivered to your mailbox by USPS very soon.
