Hello,

I sent package EK482273596US using USPS on October 1, 2014. It arrived in China and was attempted to be delivered on October 11 and October 12 but the recipient has not received a phone call or notice that it was attempted delivery.

Please contact the recipient - the contact name and number is on the parcel.

china post will not call recipient before delivery. if parcel failed delivery,NO notice will be left to recipient(china not like USA, leave notice outside door is illegal and will be removed by management). recipient should call china post 11185 and pickup the parcel by himself.

EK482273596US is now in EMS office in Chengdu. It has some delivery problem. you should ask receiver to call EMS 11183 and try to arrange pickup or redelivery. check the status here: http://track-chinapost.com/startems.php?code=EA049883686CN
