Post Shipments Not Updating/Expiring Tracking

I run an ecommerce business and I have a bunch of orders to the U.S where tracking has expired.

Some of these packages have been in transit for 90+ days and now there are zero updates.

I had similar issues with a bunch of packages not updating and then suddenly showing in the U.S a couple weeks ago.

This was shipped out of Guangzhuo and the package was handed over to the airline on 6/2.

What is going on these shipments, I need answers!

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=RV440177214CN shows your parcel is still in Guangzhou. It might be some corner of warehouse and will suddenly be found and shipped to USA. This is quite normal since Covid chaos.

Give you another example:
LY003156877CN was shipped Mar 27, was sent to airline on May 8 then disappeared for about 2 months and suddenly arrived Chicago on Jun 30. Then it slept in Chicago for another one and half month and suddenly delivered by USPS on Aug 17.
