Post Shipment Stuck in Import Customs Clearance

Hello everyone,

Shipment CR910634308DE appears to be stuck in the import customs clearance process and has not progressed for the past three days.

Could you please advise what the issue might be?

This is a return shipment for a full refund, and I have provided the complete and correct recipient number and address.

Could you please confirm whether customs has already responded and whether the clearance has been completed?

the recipient has not make customs declaration. Please ask recipient to call 0574-87898537 and make customs clearance immediately.

If recipient does not response to you, you need open dispute to the marketplace.

Totally agree—From what I’ve seen, the most effective ways to speed things up are making sure paperwork is 100% accurate, using couriers that offer customs brokerage, and clearly declaring contents and value.
