Post Seller refused tracking information?

I placed an order with a seller who used China Post. They have never updated the tracking information, nor provided me with one. Would there be any way to get it by address or something? It's been over a month since I've made my order and I don't know if it's even made it to the US yet, or if it got delivered to the wrong house.

1. This is possibly what the seller did:

China Post also provide a parcel service called regular airmail which can NOT be tracked in China Post database.. Regular airmail has no tracking number. Thus, sender can not verify if receiver has got the parcel or not, and receiver can not verify if send really shipped the parcel either.

Regular Airmail is much cheaper than Registered Airmail especially for light weight item because it saves a lot of data entry labor. The arrival speed is similar to REGISTERED AIRMAIL.

2. Your parcel to USA can take between 30 to 60 days to be deliver. Once arrive in USA it will go though Customs and then to USPS for delivery.

3. There is no way to track those parcel.

Thanks.
