Hi. the tracking of the above package shows "received by post office" 17/10/2019. What does this mean? Must I fetch it from there or will it still be delivered to me? Any idea when I will physically receive my package?

Unfortunately airmail shipping to South Africa is super slow.

Your parcel next station is Shanghai airport, normally it will wait 10 to 20 days to catch flight space from Shanghai to South Africa, then it will wait another 2 to 6 weeks to pass South Africa customs clearance. Total time can take 3 to 10 weeks depending on your luck.

If your buyer protection is expiring, you should open dispute to paypal/aliexpress for lost parcel refund. Otherwise keep waiting.

I needed it for 26 October. Wish they tell you this up front when ordering. So disappointed now
