My order #2099 was full filled on Jan 19th I received a shipping number of LT251421731CN and as of today Jan 22nd at 10:47 pm. It is still showing no shipping record. I'm really hoping this arrives in time for my granddaughters birthday which is Feb 10th.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_global.php?code=LT251421731CN shows No shipping record. This means your seller never actually shipped anything yet. you might be scammed.

if you just got this number, You should push seller to ship the goods immediately. Tell him if you can not track real shipment data in next 3 days, you will open dispute to aliexpress/amazon/ebay/paypal against fraud.
