Just received notice that my package is being sent by WINIT? What is that?? She said it is not trackable. Is this true? I have waited for this item since December 2016. Any help would be appreciated.

1. If the parcel is sent by Winit, then you should be able to track it here:

http://track.winit.com.cn/tracking/

2. If the parcel was just mail, then you should give the parcel a couple of days before you can track it.
