I have checked the status of my parcel was held by export Customs/Security at GZGJ on 14 May 2019. But now where is my parcel and please advise me when the parcel to be delivered to me.

LL209166042CN left Guangzhou for Hong Kong May 9. Normally it should arrive Hong Kong in one week, your parcel should have some problem.

I suggest you wait one more week, if you can not get it by May 31, you need open dispute to seller for lost parcel refund.
