Package being sent from China, tracking id UT713107937CN.
No update since 12/9/2019- Arrive at [US] Secondary Processing Center China Post United States.
Tried contacting seller several times with no reply and now website just shows
"Store Unavailable
This store is currently unavailable due to maintenance. It should be available again shortly.
We apologize for any inconvenience caused."

Please assist with current status and expected delivery.

UT713107937CN seems to be lost. Normally if the parcel arrives USA, it should be delivered in 2 weeks.

you need open dispute to paypal or call your bank for refund.
