2. For parcel LM170378809CN, it's going to Hong Kong first then to Vancouver after. Is the parcel stuck somewhere or has it arrive in Canada but not yet scan by Canada Post. That is the question we need to answer.
3. Yes I agree with your seller that because of the Holiday Seasons, the Smog that cancelled flight and rescheduled of mail bag delayed your parcel. Also if your parcel has arrive in Canada, there is lest Staff at the Customs Office because the Holidays are finish.
4. Also Canadian Customs are scanning every parcels from China for any drug Fentanyl. So definitely there will be a slow down of Customs in Vancouver.
5. For parcel RB129874776SG, the estimated arrival time for your parcel should be 6 to 9 working days since it left Singapore. So the parcel should have arrive in the vicinity of the 22 Dec. No tracking is saying that, not even on the Singapore site. It could also be a mistake of Singapore Post for not posting arrival of the parcel. Their tracking sometimes are not accurate.
6. This parcel if it did make it to Canada, it's taking Registered parcel between 4 to 8 weeks to be deliver. Like the other parcel it's going to Vancouver and they have to check it for drugs.
7. This is a tracking of your parcel:
Tracking No. :RB129874776SG
Date / Time : 2016/12/06 - 11:48
Description :Tracking is not available for international registered mail items sent to Canada.
Service Type :International Inbound Registered
8. What you could do is ask your sellers to call China Post EMS to make sure the parcel departed China and the other seller either call or write to Singapore Post for the same information.
Thanks.
