Could someone help to check the tracking #RV158719371CN and let me know what happen to my parcle?

http://track-chinapost.com/result_global.php?code=RV158719371CN shows No shipping record. This means your seller did not ship anything to you. You are very likely to be scammed.

if you just got this number, You should push seller to ship the goods immediately. Tell him if you can not track real shipment data in next 3 days, you will open dispute to aliexpress/amazon/ebay/paypal against fraud.

if you have got this number for long time, you need open dispute to paypal/aliexpress/WISH/AMAZON immediately against fraud and claim refund.

I'll check again with the seller if he have shipped the goods out.
By the way, could you help to instruct hơ to open dispute ?I really do not know and have never bought a good oversea. This is my first time :(

Opening dispute depends on the payment method you have used.

If you paid with PayPal/Ali Express, they have buyer protection system and you can contact their customer service to open dispute against fraud.

If you paid wire transfer, western union, bank deposit etc, you can not get your money back in case of scam. So these kind of payment methods are very risky and are favourite of cheater sellers. never use a payment method which has no buyer protection policy, never buy from no-name website.
