Here is my tracking number. it says delivered but it has not been. What is the deal with that? How do we file a claim? Or get a refund for goods not received? It looks like there are multiple shipping issues here.

usps.com shows LW214870529CN was delivered in or at the mailbox at 10:44 am on December 7, 2019 in IRVINE, CA 92602.

please check your mailbox. If you can not find your parcel there, contact your local post office for delivery detail.
