Post Package bouncing back and forth in city

Hello, I am having an issue where the tracking shows the item has shown up in the state about 3-4 days ago, since then it just keeps saying it's being departing and arriving at USPS facility for processing, often multiple times in the same day. The item is coming from China with lithium batteries so I know that they have to be inspected but I'm starting to o think something is wrong? Has anyone experienced this or able to clarify what's going on? Thank you in advance for any help

ZC58083720099 just arrived in Oregon City. USPS will deliver it shortly but You can't track such parcel in USPS website .

You need to be cautious of such Z*** parcel. Many cheaters use such parcel to do online shopping scam.
Remember one thing: Don't release money to seller until you get what you paid for!

It does say it's been in Oregon City since the 18th though? It keeps saying arrives then departs, every day. Is that normal? I live in Oregon City so I figured it would be here by now. If it's not here this week what should I do?

if you can not get the item by Monday, it might means that the shipper printed wrong address. If this is the case, you need to open dispute to marketplace (amazon, aliexpress,paypal etc where you placed order and paid money to).
